Hello from Arizona 👋

Happy Thursday!

I'm coming to you from Arizona where I am for TravelCon - one of the many conferences for travel creators. I'm excited to kick things off tomorrow with a day of networking, socializing, and exploring Tucson.

If you'll also be at TravelCon, let me know so we can meet up :)

I finished my full review of my Egypt & Jordan trip on my blog, which you can check out here:

https://exponentialtravels.com/ef-ultimate-break-egypt-and-jordan/

I went with EF Ultimate Break, which is my favorite tour company for people 18-35.

If you have any questions about the trip, traveling to either country, or anything else, respond to this email and I'm happy to help :)

Next, I wanted to continue my Google Flights tips, which I started in last week's newsletter.

One of the best features of Google Flights is the ability to track prices and get alerts when fares drop. Here’s how to set up flight alerts to make sure you book at the best price:

✈️ Track Prices for Specific Flights – If you already know your travel dates and destination, turn on “Track prices” after searching for flights. You’ll get an email when prices drop, so you can book at the best time.

✈️ Get Alerts for Any Date – If you know where you want to go but have flexible dates, set a price alert for that route. Google Flights will notify you whenever fares are low, giving you the chance to book when prices are best.

✈️ Check Price History – Before booking, click on a flight to see the price history. This helps you decide whether to buy now or wait for a better deal.

✈️ Use the Date Grid with Alerts – If you’ve set flight alerts but still have flexible travel dates, check the Date Grid to see if shifting your trip by a day or two could save you money.

Flight prices change constantly, but with Google Flights alerts and these extra tools, you’ll never miss a great deal. Set up a few alerts for your next trip and see how much you can save!

As always, you can follow along with my current travels on Instagram and Facebook, or reply to this email if you want to chat!

Have a great weekend :)

Sarah

Travel Insurance

One of the things I get asked about the most is travel insurance. Should you get it, and if so, which one?

YES, you should have travel insurance, as you never know when things may go wrong. SafetyWing is my go-to for travel insurance because it covers so much, is easy to purchase for days or months, and is affordable.

Many credit cards also include travel insurance. Personally, I get SafetyWing on top of my credit card insurance.

Learn more about SafetyWing and the benefits of using them in my blog post about travel insurance.

At the Treasury in Petra, Jorda Happy Thursday! I'm back from Egypt and Jordan... and it was AMAZING. Jordan has been at the top of my list for a few years now, and finally getting to go was a dream come true. The country truly exceeded my expectations in every way, from the food to the people to seeing one of the seven Wonders of the World. I think a week in Jordan is the perfect amount of time there, and this time of year had no crowds and the weather was great! A little chilly, but I'd...
