Happy Thursday! I know it's barely October, but I thought it would be a great time to talk about some fun holiday trips in case you want to take one more adventure this year 🎄 One of my favorite times to travel in Europe is during the holidays. The Christmas markets completely transform cities into festive, glowing destinations filled with lights, music, and seasonal food. These are some of my favorite Christmas markets in Europe, and I’ve written detailed guides to help you plan a trip: ✨Vienna – Vienna has markets across the city, from the big Rathausplatz market to smaller neighborhood ones. You can try traditional food, browse handmade gifts, and enjoy the lights that make the whole city glow. ✨Munich – Munich mixes Bavarian charm with holiday traditions. The main market in Marienplatz is beautiful, and you’ll also find smaller themed markets like the medieval one. ✨Prague – Prague’s markets feel like a fairytale with Old Town Square as the backdrop. It’s one of the best places to enjoy mulled wine and traditional Czech snacks while exploring the festive stalls. ✨Salzburg – Salzburg has a cozy feel with markets set against the Alps. The Christkindlmarkt by the cathedral is full of music, food, and decorations. ✨London – London goes big for Christmas with markets like Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, along with smaller local ones. You’ll find plenty of food, skating rinks, and holiday shows. If you have any questions about the Christmas markets, or want to talk anything travel, reply to this email! As always, you can follow along with my current travels on Instagram and Facebook! Happy Thursday! Hello from Malaysia! I'm here doing some solo travel before a group trip in Thailand... two of my favorite countries in Southeast Asia :) This is my longest solo trip in a while, and it got me thinking about safety when you travel. I feel fully safe traveling on my own, but a lot of that is because I know how to prepare, what to look out for, and I always trust my gut. Traveling is exciting, but it’s important to stay alert and prepared no matter where you go. Whether you’re...
Happy Thursday! I'm back from my trip to Iceland and Germany and it was SO MUCH FUN! Two very different places but I love them both. First up was Iceland - the land of fire and ice. Iceland looks amazing in pictures, but they don't do it justice to just how beautiful the country is. Every day had something new, and I'm so glad I did the Ring Road instead of staying near Reykjavik the whole time. If you want to see what I got up to every day, check out all my Iceland YouTube videos. I also...
Happy Thursday! I just wrapped up an amazing trip to Munich for Oktoberfest, and it was such an incredible experience. From the traditional music to the food, and of course the beer tents, it was such a dream and I'm so glad I got to experience this part of Germany's culture. It made me think about how festivals are one of the best ways to experience a destination—you get to see traditions, food, music, and community all come together. Here are some of the biggest festivals around the world...
